CZ USA has developed the 527 Varmint MTR (Match Target Rifle) as the perfect target rifle. With a heavy varmint barrel and a Turkish walnut stock with a carved pistol grip and stippling and a flat forend to rest on a sand bag at the range or in the field to thin out those little pests. Chambered in .223 Remington to make ammo easy to find and inexpensive means you can send more ammo down range. With a detachable 5 round box magazine and cold hammer forged threaded heavy varmint barrel this rifle has it all and you can easily take advantage of the 16mm scope bases to mount your favorite optic.
